Shipping policy
We offer standard and express shipping for all orders. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Shipping is $12 within Australia and free on orders over $100 AUD. International shipping is $25.
Delivery times vary based on your location and, for international orders, customs processing.
Returns policy
Email us at hello@spicydugong.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be mailed back in the same condition as received. We're not responsible for exchange or return shipping costs.
We accept returns on full priced items only, purchased online within 14 days of being received. For change of mind, we offer store credit.
